Owyhee Health and Rehabilitation is a modern, state-of-the-art care center located in the quiet town of Homedale, Idaho. We are just a block from Idaho Street Medical Clinic, with West Valley Medical Center in Caldwell and St. Luke’s Nampa Medical Center only a short drive away.
We feature 58 beds and beautiful spacious rooms in either private or semi-private settings. Guests will enjoy well-appointed accommodations, a diverse activities program, nutritious, satisfying menus, housekeeping and laundry services, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
